Problem Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze operational performance to identify gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Develop data-driven insights, scenarios, and proxy calculations to support decision-making.
Propose practical and scalable operational improvement levers.
Project Management & Execution
Lead or support end-to-end improvement projects from design to implementation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution and delivery.
Track project progress, risks, and key milestones.
Performance Monitoring & Stakeholder Alignment
Monitor post-implementation performance and validate actual impact versus projection.
Communicate analysis, recommendations, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
Act as a problem-solving partner for regional operations teams.

Requirements

Min 5 years experience in operations solution, operation excellences, network design, preferably in logistics supply chain and e-commerce
Strong analytical thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
Strong understanding of logistics operations
Solid project management and stakeholder management skills.
Effective communication: clear the messages to be sent out and clear what we want to receive from stakeholders;
Excellent analytical & technique, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint/Slide Presentation;
Critical thinking, problem-solving attitude and continuous improvement mindset;
Take ownership, possess go an extra mile in each task, result driven mindset
English proficiency is a must.
