Job Description:
1. Problem Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyze operational performance to identify gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop data-driven insights, scenarios, and proxy calculations to support decision-making.
- Propose practical and scalable operational improvement levers.
2. Project Management & Execution
- Lead or support end-to-end improvement projects from design to implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution and delivery.
- Track project progress, risks, and key milestones.
3. Performance Monitoring & Stakeholder Alignment
- Monitor post-implementation performance and validate actual impact versus projection.
- Communicate analysis, recommendations, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
- Act as a problem-solving partner for regional operations teams.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience in operations solution, operation excellences, network design, preferably in logistics supply chain and e-commerce
- Strong analytical thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations
- Solid project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communication: clear the messages to be sent out and clear what we want to receive from stakeholders
- Excellent analytical & technique, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint/Slide Presentation
- Critical thinking, problem-solving attitude and continuous improvement mindset
- Take ownership, possess go an extra mile in each task, result driven mindset
- English proficiency is a must.
