Role Description The Operation Executive role at Alpha Acoustics Engineering is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Operation Executive will coordinate day-to-day operational activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, documentation, and workflow tracking to support acoustics and audio-visual projects. This role will liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project execution, accurate information flow, and adherence to quality standards. The role will report directly to Country Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management skills to coordinate daily activities, resources, and project workflows.
• Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Solid Analytical Skills to review operational data, identify issues, and support process improvements.
• Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner with good time management skills.
• Proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documents); experience with CAD is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Last-year student can be accepted if ability matches.
