Job Description

I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Supply Planning & Inventory Monitoring

- Receive demand forecasts from relevant departments to coordinate and develop optimal purchasing and ordering plans for the company.

- Monitor and maintain optimal safety stock levels company-wide (across physical warehouses and e-commerce marketplaces), providing timely alerts regarding stock shortage or overstock risks.

- Track production schedules and lead times with suppliers and factories to ensure timely product supply.

2. Warehouse Operations Overseeing & Inventory Reconciliation

- Lead periodic inventory audits and reconciliation between physical stock, system records, and shipping data to ensure accuracy and transparency.

- Coordinate the resolution of issues related to slow-moving inventory, defective goods, or returns/refunds.

3. Logistics & Documentation Tracking

- Liaise with forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to monitor shipping schedules, ensuring smooth customs clearance and cargo delivery.

4. Process Improvement & Cross-functional Coordination

- Participate in building and standardizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize day-to-day operational efficiency within the company.

- Apply Business Analyst (BA) mindset to identify operational bottlenecks; standardize and map out cross-functional workflows/process mappings.

- Support and guide junior staff or newcomers to enhance the overall capability of the operations team.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields.

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Import-Export Operations, or Inventory Management.

- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in E-commerce (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.), cross-border e-commerce, export manufacturing, or international trading companies is preferred.

- Core Professional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Logistics Operations, Import-Export Documentation, and Incoterms.

- Business Analyst (BA) Skills & Mindset: 

* Solid understanding or mindset of a Business Analyst (BA): capability in requirement clarification, workflow analysis, and operational process optimization.

* Using mapping tools and standardizing operational tracking systems/SOPs.

Soft Skills & Attributes:

* Professional English communication skills for working with international partners and logistics providers.

* Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

* High ownership mindset, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.

* Cross-functional coordination and communication skills with leadership potential.

IV. WORKING TIME & LOCATION:

Working Hours: 

- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00, 

- Saturday Morning: 08:00 – 12:00

Flexibility Bonus: Employees are entitled to 2 flexible Saturdays off per month 

Location: Amazing Building, 51 Yen The Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, HCMC.
