What You'll Do
- Accurately input data into internal systems and spreadsheets
- Maintain and update customer records and databases
- Support general administrative and customer service tasks
- Assist the accounts, sales, or operations teams as needed
- Help with basic system testing
- Keep the office organised and running efficiently
Key Criteria
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in lending, finance operations, or large-scale system administration/data entry
- Experience in an office support or administrative role
- Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy
- Clear and confident communication skills
- English proficiency is essential as you may interact with brokers and customers
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM or database tools is an advantage
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Work setup
- Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am 5 pm) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
