JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Name: OEM SALES ENGINEER
Location: HCMC
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and Focus on Direct Sales strategy especially Key Account Customers/OEM customers.
Ensure right geographical and technical footprint and efficient resource planning with focusing on customer needs and value.
Participate actively in all quality improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.
Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company's business strategies.
Visit customers actively to understand their development status and needs to strengthen customer relations and to develop more business.
Actively explore new sales opportunities to continuously broaden the business platform.
Collect market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development to identify business opportunities and to recommend marketing/sales strategy.
Handle customer complaints responsively to ensure that it is closed satisfactorily and seize the opportunity to strengthen customer relations and generate new sales.
Run operations according to the company Code of Conduct, Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality Policies, as well as according to local legislations in Vietnam.
Take a proactive approach in sample handling by submitting sample request form, follow up the progress and delivery time. Handle the product homologation with support of the application engineer and get customer approval.
Keep well-versed in products information and development.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical engineering or related field with Mechanical Engineering background.
At least 5 years of experience in sales. Demonstrated success in sales, meeting, or exceeding targets, and managing large accounts.
Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM clients.
Familiar with C4C system and SAP.
Excel at closing sales opportunities and key business proposals, with a strong focus on value-based selling
Targeted knowledge and approach, particularly on growing OEM segment and supporting key drives clients
Good spoken and written communication in English.
