As a consultant at Portcities, you&aposll play a pivotal role in helping businesses across Vietnam discover Odoo ERP as the right business management software.
Job Description:
- Analyzeclient business processes and requirements to design business solutions with detailed requirements. Produce functional specifications and UAT plan; prepare case tests, flowcharts, and diagrams.
- Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
- Internal testing on configuration/development should be conducted before releasing them for UAT.
- Create a user manual and provide training and support to end-users as per the agreement defined.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
- Stay updated on Odoo developments and suggest improvements.
- Support the sales team during pre-sales by creating and presenting a demo.
- Prepare presentation slides in Vietnamese or English if required.
- Prepare MoM in Vietnamese or English if required.
- Able to manage and control the budget, timeline, and scope of small- to medium-sized projects.
- Develop and coach your subordinates.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or Management; a Master&aposs in Business Management is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP Odoo implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP, including configuration and customization.
- Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role
- Odoo certification(s) or equivalent industry certifications.
- Knowledge of other ERP systems and business applications.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Valid work authorization in Vietnam is necessary.
