What youll do: Design org structures, SOPs & onboarding frameworks. Build career paths & leadership capability. Partner with leadership to shape culture & engagement. Track KPIs and deliver data-driven improvements.
What were looking for: 7+ years in HR/OD, preferably hospitality/retail/service. Proven expertise in competency frameworks & leadership programs. Strong bilingual communication (VN/EN). Data-driven, strategic, and culture-focused mindset.
