Job Description:

  • Develop insights, strategies, and improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve delivery speed, and maximize success rate across SPX supply chain.
  • Identify and prioritize key improvement opportunities along the end-to-end (E2E) logistics process.
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving network design, process enhancement, and performance monitoring to ensure initiatives are delivered within timeline and target.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify root causes, trends, and improvement levers for delivery speed.
  • Monitor and evaluate initiative outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance updates, initiative progress, and business impact effectively.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and other business units to align strategies, share best practices, and support strategic projects that drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience working in project management, strategic planning, business development or data analysis in a high dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Extremely comfortable with manipulating, analyzing, and modeling a vast amount of data using advanced SQL skills, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset and passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
