Responsibilities:
- Data Labeling: Perform high-quality annotation on various data types, including text (NLP), images (Computer Vision), audio (Transcription), and video.
- Generative AI Reinforcement: Rank and evaluate AI-generated responses (RLHF - Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) to improve accuracy, tone, and safety.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular self-checks and peer reviews to ensure 99%+ accuracy and adherence to project-specific guidelines.
- Guideline Collaboration: Work with Data Scientists to refine Gold Standard guidelines and identify edge cases that the model struggles to understand.
- Pattern Recognition: Identify and report systematic biases or recurring errors within the raw datasets.
- Technical Tooling: Use industry-standard platforms (e.g., Labelbox, CVAT, Scale AI) to manage and export annotated data.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: An obsessive eye for nuance (e.g., distinguishing between a parked car and a stopped car in a video feed).
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to make subjective judgments on complex data based on strict logic rather than personal bias.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to explain why a certain piece of data was labeled a specific way.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating cloud-based platforms and potentially basic data formats (JSON, CSV).
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly pivot between different project types (e.g., medical imaging one week, sentiment analysis the next).
Nice to have:
- Domain Expertise:Specialized knowledge in high-value AI tasks, including Text Detection (NLP), Image Recognition (KYC/Fraud), and Spam/Anomaly Detection.
- Basic Coding: Familiarity with Python or SQL to help automate simple data sorting tasks.
