Job Position: Net Revenue Management Lead/Specialist
Location: Dist. 7, HCMC
Main Responsibilities:
- Price & Pack Analysis: Analyze sales data by channel and customer to propose effective pricing and pack size strategies. Lead price and pack initiatives from analysis to execution.
- Pricing & Promotion Strategy: Develop and adjust pricing and promotion plans based on customer needs and local market conditions. Provide practical, data-based recommendations to support business objectives.
- Promotion Planning & Evaluation: Plan and execute promotion activities within the approved budget. Monitor performance and analyze results to maximize sales and profitability in the short to medium term.
- Price Monitoring: Track and monitor price movements and key price indicators to ensure alignment with pricing and promotion guidelines.
- Insight Sharing & Recommendation: Consolidate insights and share clear recommendations with relevant teams to improve trade spending efficiency.
- Assortment & Mix Optimization: Optimize product mix across channels and segments to strengthen competitiveness and improve margins.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of pricing and promotion plans.
- Data-Driven Planning: Use data and reports from multiple sources to build action plans, support business growth, and maintain data accuracy across systems.
- Market Share Forecasting: Analyze activities and plans to project market share by channel and customer.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in trade marketing, category analysis, CMI, and FMCG environments.
- Experience in the Foods industry, companies, or channels is a plus.
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets.
- Excellent command of both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in presentation and negotiation skills.
