HCLTech Vietnam and ANZ, Top 4 Banking of Australia is seeking 3 highly skilled and motivated Support Engineer to join our team and work closely with our esteemed customer, a prominent banking company. As a Leader, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure backend systems to meet the customer's specific needs.
JOB DUTIES:
We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Support Engineer to join our support team. The role focuses on providing operational support and technical guidance rather than development, and requires a strong independent contributor who can mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 (L2) support for MuleSoft-based integration platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to MuleSoft runtime, APIs, and integration flows.
- Perform root cause analysis and support issue resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Work in shift rotation with other engineers, covering 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Australia time).
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job support to other engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system stability and service continuity.
- Contribute to support documentation, knowledge base, and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in overall. Proven experience working with MuleSoft in a support or operations environment.
- Strong experience providing L2 support for enterprise integration systems.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of support activities.
- Capable of mentoring and guiding junior or less experienced team members.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and English communication skills.
