Job Description

POSITION: Mobilisation OfficerKey Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all travel, accommodation, and pre-joining preparations for crew changes.
  • Work with relevant departments to monitor, track, and manage changes in crew schedules.
  • Ensure all personnel qualifications, training, and records are compliant and up-to-date.
  • Administer and maintain accurate company records and databases while ensuring confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Mining or Offshore Construction industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Excellent administration and computer literacy, with proven proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Previous experience working for an international company with operations in Australia is preferred.
