POSITION: Mobilisation OfficerKey Responsibilities- Coordinate all travel, accommodation, and pre-joining preparations for crew changes.
- Work with relevant departments to monitor, track, and manage changes in crew schedules.
- Ensure all personnel qualifications, training, and records are compliant and up-to-date.
- Administer and maintain accurate company records and databases while ensuring confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Mining or Offshore Construction industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Excellent administration and computer literacy, with proven proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience working for an international company with operations in Australia is preferred.
