Adecco Client's Finance Business Partner Team is looking for potential candidates to fill in the MIS Reporting Analyst with the below information:
Contract:6 months signed with Adecco - possibility of extension

Salary: up to 20,000,000 VND Gross/Month
Location: Phu My Hung Tower, 7 Hoang Van Thai, District 7, HCMC
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Overview:
- Working closely with Finance Business Partner (FBP) to manage spending and to perform timely support in terms of financial-related matters.
- Conducting frequent reports and facilitating reporting cycles of FBP team to monitor and analyze the performance of PVA's business activities.
- Developing business solutions through business intelligence solutions, modern graphic dashboard/ performance indicator and management systems.
Main Responsibilities:
1. MIS Reporting & Business Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and business performance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Calculate and monitor APE across sales channels and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Conduct KPI reporting and support business data reconciliation with related teams.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests from Finance, Actuarial and other stakeholders.
2. Dashboard Development & Reporting Automation
- Develop and maintain dashboards (APE, expenses, KPIs, business performance, etc.) using Power BI and reporting tools.
- Automate and enhance existing reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data visualization.
3. Data & System Management
- Support data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Manage Cognos system activities related to Finance reporting tasks.
- Update reporting templates and support users on Finance-related systems and processes.
4. Business Support & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support tracking of business activities, project progress and significant spending.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting deliverables.
- Coordinate KPI and data collection from relevant stakeholders.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in economics, business administration, banking & finance
- At least 2 years of experience in MIS Reporting, FP&A, Finance Data Analyst, Finance Reporting, or related roles (background in Insurance/Banking is preferred) with good business sense
- Proficient in using Power BI & SQL for data analysis & reporting. Knowledge of VBA or Programming language C# (Visual Studio) is a plus
- Be able to work independently and under pressure to meet the deadline committed in company level
- Be able to work with details and good analytical skills to deal with large of amount of complex data.
- Have good English skill (especially speaking and business writing)
- Possess good communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
