Middle/Senior Software Engineer (C , .NET, Azure, Devops)

About the Role

Join our Platform Engineering team to build and scale an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that empowers engineering teams to deliver faster, safer, and at scale. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing developer experience and driving modern engineering practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain an Internal Developer Platform (IDP)
• Develop automation workflows for infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management
• Improve developer experience by enabling self-service tools and reducing complexity
• Build and maintain cloud-native platform capabilities on Azure
• Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and compliance of the platform
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve platform performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Platform Engineering
• Strong experience with C#/.NET
• Experience with Microservices or Micro-Frontend architectures
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and system design mindset
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Good English communication skills

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with Internal Developer Platforms or Platform Engineering
• Familiar with OpenAPI/Swagger
• Experience with shared library development
• Experience improving developer experience (DevEx)
• Exposure to CI/CD optimization or DevOps transformation
