Job Description:
Brand/Seller Collaboration
- Collaborate with seller-managed teams (Business Development, AMS, CMI, etc.) to understand brand insights, category preferences, and KOL needs in order to boost affiliate traffic and commercial performance.
- Onboard potential KOLs based on brand wishlists and existing relationships to expand the Shopee KOL pool.
- Work closely with KOL-managed teams (KAM, MCN, etc.) to match brands with suitable KOLs and build strong KOL x Brand collaborations.
- Design KOL x Brand packages, coordinate execution, and track performance.
- Analyze campaign and KOL performance to provide actionable recommendations, identify growth opportunities, and develop operational strategies.
Budget & Voucher Plan
- Propose monthly PRM budget based on targets and KOL/buyer incentives, reflecting platform trends and overall project direction.
- Plan & monitor voucher schemes for different KOL groups according to project strategy.
- Deliver data-driven insights to enhance Meta partnership performance and ensure alignment with platform strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or seller management.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
- High integrity, good pressure tolerance, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
