Job Description:

Brand/Seller Collaboration

  • Collaborate with seller-managed teams (Business Development, AMS, CMI, etc.) to understand brand insights, category preferences, and KOL needs in order to boost affiliate traffic and commercial performance.
  • Onboard potential KOLs based on brand wishlists and existing relationships to expand the Shopee KOL pool.
  • Work closely with KOL-managed teams (KAM, MCN, etc.) to match brands with suitable KOLs and build strong KOL x Brand collaborations.
  • Design KOL x Brand packages, coordinate execution, and track performance.
  • Analyze campaign and KOL performance to provide actionable recommendations, identify growth opportunities, and develop operational strategies.

Budget & Voucher Plan

  • Propose monthly PRM budget based on targets and KOL/buyer incentives, reflecting platform trends and overall project direction.
  • Plan & monitor voucher schemes for different KOL groups according to project strategy.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to enhance Meta partnership performance and ensure alignment with platform strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or seller management.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills.
  • High integrity, good pressure tolerance, and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
