  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, focusing on merchant growth, investment, and performance improvement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and internal performance data to identify opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Design and implement initiatives to optimize merchant acquisition, and monetization across various market segments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on goals and deploy effective strategies.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, generate insights, and prepare regular reports for management to ensure strategy effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Min 7 years experience in Data analysis/ Business analysis/ Strategy planning or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent.
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring and leading teams, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and passionate about problem-solving and continuous improvement.
