Responsibilities:
Assortment & Merchandise Planning
- Support the design and execution of local product assortment strategies in alignment with Company guidelines and tailored to the Vietnamese market.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to adapt promotions and marketing campaigns for local relevance.
Supplier & Inventory Management
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding local suppliers for complementary product categories.
- Oversee order placement, monitor stock levels, and manage replenishment processes to ensure product availability and healthy margins.
Pricing & Financial Analysis
- Contribute to defining and implementing pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs related to sales, margins, and inventory performance.
- Support evaluation of promotions and margin impact to optimize financial outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, sales, supply chain, and management teams to support product launches and campaign execution.
- Coordinate on product specifications, delivery timelines, and in-market execution requirements.
Trade Support & Merchandising Execution
- Provide merchandising guidelines, training, and support tools to field teams and advisors.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to propose improvements in merchandising and visual execution.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in merchandising, procurement, or product management, preferably in home appliances or retail.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese; additional language is a plus.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with solid proficiency in Excel and other data tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; comfortable working in a matrix organization.
- Knowledge of distributor models and the local retail market is highly desirable.
- Proactive, agile, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
