POSITION DESCRPTION

Title: Merchandiser

Reporting To: MT Sales Supervisor

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily visiting 9 – 10 stores to check stock and product merchandising, redisplay product follow

up MT s standards.

• Meeting Department supervisor, Store manager to push PO for product in low stock or out of

stock.

• Follow up promotion programs at stores (or exclusively display)

• Supporting new store opening to ensure product merchandising as planogram.

• Reporting competition activities in stores

• Submission product's documents to customer also product sample for new listing

• Execution Tet plan at stores, collaboration with related persons of stores (DS, PG) to deliver

sales target of Tet.

• Daily and weekly reporting to line manager as template

• Ad-hoc as requested by the management.

PERSONAL SPECS

• At least 02 year of experience in the same role, prefer practical experience related to

distribution and retail.

• Business in English

• Able to work independently, high pressure.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, ...

• Willing to field travel.
