We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in driving product excellence and fostering supplier partnerships to support our business and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process, from sourcing and product development to production follow-up and vendor collaboration.

Here is what you need to know about this role:

• Assist in the product development process to ensure products meet with customers quality and budget requirements
• Manage production & order follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness
• Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
• Understand customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Merchandising or related field, preferably within trading agents or buying offices
• Diploma or above in Merchandising or related field
• Strong in production follow up and familiar with merchandising and product development process
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders of different levels including customers, vendors and internal teams
• Highly efficient, detail-oriented and well-organized individual with strong problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent to communicate in Vietnamese is a must
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Literate in Microsoft Office programs
