ICE Vacations Asia Pacific & Our Vacation Centre (OVC) / arrivia is a global travel group with over 25 years of experience, serving millions of customers worldwide. As part of our expansion in Vietnam, we are seeking a Memberships Enhancement Consultant to join and help grow our sales team in Hanoi.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a passion for travel. In this role, you will deliver exceptional value and experiences to customers through exclusive vacation packages and membership benefits.
1. Job Responsibilities
- Consult and sell membership packages for cruising and traveling ( My 241 Rewards, Travel Perks Plus, and My Resort Rewards…)
- Contact customers to introduce products, explain membership benefits, and guide them through usage processes and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, scripts, and customer service standards.
- Update and manage customer information in the database system accurately and completely.
2. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Economics, Tourism, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
- Good English communication skills at B2 level or above are required.
- Candidates without experience but with strong communication skills and passion will be trained.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a professional attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with CRM systems or booking platforms is a plus.
- Candidates are required to submit their CV in English.
3. Benefits
- Base salary: VND 15,000,000/month gross + KPI bonus of 5% on sales, with income up to VND 45,000,000/month.

4. Working Time & Location

- Working hours: Monday – Friday (07:00 – 16:00), Saturdays and Sundays off.
