Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Membership Consultant role located in Hanoi. In this role, you will engage directly with potential members to promote and sell membership programs, communicate the benefits of memberships, and ensure a personalized and seamless experience. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

About the Company. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a passion for travel. In this role, you will deliver exceptional value and experiences to customers through exclusive vacation packages and membership benefits.

1. Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for exclusive travel and cruise membership programs (My 241 Rewards, Travel Perks Plus, My Resort Rewards).
  • Educate prospective customers on membership perks, usage guidelines, and corporate policies.
  • Consistently meet service and sales benchmarks by aligning with company scripts and quality standards.
  • Systematically update and manage client profiles within the internal CRM database.

2. Qualifications & Experience

  • Academic Background: Holds a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, Economics, Foreign Languages, or a strictly related discipline.
  • Language Proficiency: Demonstrates strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level or equivalent proficiency).
  • Experience Level: Prior sales or hospitality experience is advantageous; however, entry-level candidates possessing exceptional communication aptitude and a genuine passion for the travel industry will be fully trained.

Core Competencies

  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven capability in persuasion, negotiation, and collaborative problem-solving, matched with an impeccable professional demeanor.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); familiarity with CRM architectures or global booking platforms is highly regarded.

  • Base salary: VND 15,000,000/month gross + KPI bonus of 5% on sales, with income up to VND45,000,000 /month.
