About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, licensed medical insurance sales professional based in Vietnam to join the Vennsure team. This is primarily a hunter role — focused on winning new corporate clients across South East Asia — with ongoing account management responsibilities as your book grows.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate client relationships across SME and MNC segments
- Advise clients on group medical insurance options across multiple insurers
- Prepare and present benefit proposals, renewal analyses, and market benchmarks
- Manage client relationships and handle ongoing service queries
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline and client data
- Stay current on insurer product changes, regulatory updates, and market trends
Requirements
- Valid medical insurance licence in Vietnam (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical insurance sales or broking
- Strong English communication skills — written and spoken
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid environment
- Existing client relationships or market network is a strong advantage
