The Project
This is a complex, large scale cultural theater project that includes a themed, cultural and arts park working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Support the project team by coordinating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Assist in reviewing, resolving, and completing MEP design requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage key package interfaces.
- Engage with clients, design partners, and construction teams to maintain seamless delivery.
- Help identify project risks and support mitigation planning.
- Contribute to modern construction methods, digital adoption, and Mace's sustainability and project standards.
You'll Need To Have
- 510 years mechanical supervision experience with Class 1 certification.
- Developing knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, safety, and commissioning fundamentals.
- Understanding of construction sequencing, planning processes, and quality and commercial controls.
- Good English communication, adaptability, professionalism, and commitment to continuous development and modern construction technologies.
