The Project
This is a complex, large scale, production facility project that includes warehouse, office, and staff amenities working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Support project delivery by coordinating with the wider team, subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in reviewing, resolving, and completing MEP design requirements while developing technical understanding.
- Help manage interface coordination across work packages to ensure seamless delivery.
- Contribute to risk identification and support mitigation planning.
- Promote modern methods of construction, including digital tools and prefabrication.
- Uphold Mace standards and sustainability goals, supporting actions that reduce carbon impact during delivery.
You'll Need To Have
- Strong English communication skills with 510 years mechanical supervision experience.
- Holds a Class 1 Supervision Certificate with developing MEP systems knowledge.
- Working understanding of construction sequencing, safety, quality, and commercial processes.
- Actively developing technical, digital, and professional capabilities while pursuing relevant qualifications.
