TheMaterial Handler implement the packaging and shipping follow customers schedule and delivery/receive/storage/physical inventory the materials inside & outside factory.
Trch nhim cng vic chnh: Key Job Responsibilities:
- Tip nhn hng nguyn vt liu phc v sn xut t nh cung cp bn ngoi v tin hnh kim m/lu tr trong kho vt liu.
- Giao nguyn vt liu trong nh my cho b phn sn xut sn xut hng ngy
- Giao / nhn hng bn thnh phm nh cung cp ph m i v v hng ngy
- Kim tra v thc hin cc yu cu cng vic xp xp ng gi thnh phm sn xut v thng mi (ng hp, dn tem, phn b cho khch hng) hng ngy theo k hoch ca qun l.
- Thc hin cng tc kim m s lng nguyn vt liu, vt t ng gi, s lng thnh phm tn kho theo cc chu k kim k. Cp nht d liu kt qu thc hin cng vic vo h thng qun l, duy tr cng tc ng gi hot ng mc ti u khng xy ra tnh trng chm tr cung ng thnh phm.
- Thc hin cng tc bo qun, bo tr, dn dp, sp xp cc cng c dng c phc v cng vic. Lun m bo trang thit b trong tnh trng sn sng theo tiu chun quy nh.
- Tun th v an ton v hng dn thao tc
- S dng mt s my mc, thit b ti kho phc v cho cng vic giao nhn, qun l nguyn vt liu, ng gi nh my kh t, my in tem, my tht ai, my khc ch, my tnh...
- Cc nhim v khc c giao bi qun l
- Receive raw materials for production from external suppliers and conduct inventory/storage in the warehouse
- Deliver raw materials in the factory to the production department for daily production
- Deliver/receive semi-finished products from coating suppliers daily
- Check and perform all the daily jobs of packaging (packing/labelling,distributing to customer) for production & comercial goods according to schedule of high levels
- Check and carry out the counting quantity of packaging materials, finished goods stock in warehouse in every cycle of inventory. Update result data into managing system and maintain packaging jobs operated at highest levels to avoid late finished goods deliveries.
- Check and maintain all the jigs, tools for packaging jobs to be ready always and classify these tools into the best condition as standard requirements.
- Safety compliance, work instructions compliance
- Use some machines and equipment in the warehouse to serve the work of receiving, managing raw materials, packaging such as demagnetizers, label printers, strapping machines, engraving machines, computers...
- Other tasks assigned by higher levels
