About This Role
Own monetization end-to-end - from strategy to execution - and drive real business impact.
In this role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to prioritize growth initiatives, translate strategy into action, and ensure effective execution across the marketplace.
You will be expected to think clearly, move fast, and challenge ideas to find better solutions.
What You Will Do
- Own monetization initiatives across pricing, packaging, and consumption, with responsibility for both strategy and execution.
- Apply strong business judgment and segmentation thinking to identify where to focus and how to win the market
- Prioritize the right problems regarding Growth and mobilize the right stakeholders to solve them
- Focus deeply on high-impact opportunities and move quickly on lower-impact initiatives
- Challenge ideas, including from manager, and push for better, more effective solutions
What You Should Have
- 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Growth, or Business roles
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or fast-paced tech environment
- Strong business sense and understanding of revenue drivers
- Ability to break down problems and prioritize effectively
- Proven ability to execute and deliver outcomes, not just ideas
- Comfortable working with data and using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate work
- High ownership, proactive, and able to operate in ambiguity
