About KODO

KODO International Fragrances is a premium fragrance and scenting brand operating

across B2B scenting solutions, consumer fragrance products, e-commerce, and

physical retail.

KODO Vietnam is entering a decisive growth phase, with a clear growth objective in

2026 through stronger brand positioning, scalable performance marketing, and an

expanding retail and e-commerce footprint.

This role is for a hands-on marketing leader who can combine strategy, execution,

and commercial thinking.

The Role

As Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing, you will own brand direction, growth

strategy, and marketing-driven revenue across all channels.

This is not a purely creative or communications role.

You are expected to drive results, build a strong team, and turn marketing into

a reliable growth engine for the business.

What You Will Own

Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business targets

• Translate company goals into clear marketing priorities, KPIs, and roadmaps

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team

Growth & Revenue Impact

• Drive measurable revenue growth across B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and retail

• Own marketing contribution to GMV, customer acquisition, and brand growth

• Balance short-term performance with long-term brand value

Brand & Execution

• Own brand positioning, storytelling, and consistency across all touchpoints

• Align content, performance, e-commerce, and retail marketing

• Ensure premium execution across digital and physical channels

Management & Operations

• Own marketing budgets, performance reporting, and ROI

• Work closely with Sales, Retail, Operations, and Management

• Build clear processes, accountability, and execution discipline

Who We're Looking For

Must Have

• 7–10+ years of marketing experience with leadership responsibility

• Proven track record in driving revenue growth through marketing

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce

• Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams

• Data-driven, execution-focused mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in beauty, fragrance, FMCG, or lifestyle brands

• Experience with TikTok, e-commerce platforms, and retail marketing

• Experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia markets
