The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for Marketing Events & Trips, Specialist who is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing events that enhance agent engagement and support their sales efforts. This role focuses on creating impactful experiences that motivate agents, strengthen relationships, and drive sales performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Strategy:
- Propose and design agent-focused events that align with business goals and enhance agent motivation.
- Develop detailed event plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Cooperate with Corporate Services & vendors on logistics to ensure trips/events organized successfully, high qualification and within the budget.
- Collaborate with brand, communication & technical teams to build & deliver the highest qualify experiences and communication plan as well.
- Write conceptual content, drive presentation development & present to Manager/HOD.
- Be a student of our target audience, of trends, competitors and culture. Listen, learn & mine insights that direct the brand into amazing places.
2. Execution and Coordination:
- Function as a thought leader with significant knowledge of all aspects on experiential marketing including cutting edge techniques to engage and excite the Agents.
- Liaise with other internal & external skate holders to promote trips/events and sale campaigns effectively within budgets.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all elements run smoothly and meet quality standards.
3. Agent Engagement:
- Craft event agendas that include training sessions, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities tailored to agents needs.
- Create promotional materials and communication strategies to maximize agent participation and excitement.
4. Post-Event Analysis:
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from participants to assess event effectiveness.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on event outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future events.
5. Other projects as requested and backed up for Manager if necessary.
- Be a project manager of supportive events/activities: Virtual Vitality events for customer/Agents Launching new Product/application MKT new campaign,
- Other activities support in Intrapreneurs if any requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor of business administration or Marketing Major
- 6+ years in Organizing Event/Trip or company's activities
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to time manage & work under pressure, deal with ambiguity and changing circumstances & delivering quick & effective solutions.
- Experience of using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying practical and suitable solutions.
- Ability to work flexible hours on occasion & undertake overnight stays, occasional weekend.
- Open-minded digital transformation mindset
- Communication efficiency (Vietnamese and English fluency)
- Good planning & monitoring in execution.
- High sense of responsibility and flexibility/adaptability
