Main duties:
Brand Communication
Develop and Implement long term strategy for brand communication towards customers (homeowners contractors)
- Build communication activities around brand essence
- Constantly review and evaluate brand strategy given change in customer behaviors
- Innovative and creative ideas to be implemented to capture TOM of customers
- Explore different and innovative media channels to effectively communicate to customers
Trading Marketing
Understand market & customers
- Review market developments and customer needs on regular basis
- Understand requirements and drivers of along the retail channel partners
Lead the development of trade promotion strategy & activities
- Work closely with related departments to develop an effective trade promotion strategy and its activities based on market situation
- Understand and align on the strategy and key objectives
- Stir the innovation thinking of the team
Manage & monitor trade marketing investments and execution
- Execute all programs designed to achieve channel KPIs (sales volume, market share, OD share, market coverage)
- Ensure POSM complied with guideline and effective within defined budget
- Ensure SLA commitment to customer and internal stakeholders
- Monitor the effectiveness of each trade investment and ensure maximum returns
- Evaluation of all campaigns for further improvement

Requirements:
- 2-4 years experiences in marketing
- Bachelor, MBA a plus. Background in marketing (preference FMCG or construction material business retail)
- Strong market understanding in retail business & customer focus
