Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven, strategic thinker to join our Marketing Solutions team as a Senior Associate, Growth & Insight Analyst. This role plays a critical part in driving the growth of our sellers by analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sellers adoption/ investment and performance on marketing solutions on Offsite solution (seller external traffic) , and Onsite solution (Marketing Packages) and support the development of monetization strategies.
- Data analysis & Business insight
- Analyze seller behavior, investment trend, and adoption across marketing products (Onsite & Offsite solutions)
- Monitor current program/ initiative/ package effectiveness and trends to identify growth drivers and bottlenecks
- Build predictive models and dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking
- Strategy & Recommendations
- Development and optimization of marketing packages and monetization strategies
- Generate insights and strategic recommendations/ approaches to drive seller growth and improve marketing solution adoption
- Segment sellers based on investment behavior and potential, and propose customized solutions or intervention plans
- Partner with stakeholders to align growth strategies, benefits and drive initiatives, A/B test for new programs/ packages
- Reporting & Communication/ Presentation
- Prepare regular performance reports and business reviews for internal stakeholders
- Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling presentations for leadership and commercial teams
- Prepare the presentation decks for meeting cadence
Requirements
MUST-HAVE
- Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in Business Analytics/ Data Analytics/ Project Planning
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in turning complex data into actionable business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL (Python or R is a plus)
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn; can handle and perform with deadlines and fast-paced working.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese communication/ presentation
