Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing Campaigns

  • Lead and execute the annual brand strategy and marketing plan aligned with MIMV's business objectives and regional brand guidelines.
  • Define brand positioning, message architecture and tone of voice of the Company and ensure brand consistency and compliance across all communications, materials, and touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns and activities of mutual funds aligning with the business objectives of MIMV, supporting investment-linked products, and other investment solutions including product launches, thematic investments and always on activities/ contents.
  • Develop campaign briefs, target audience, channel mix ratio, budget allocation and KPI. Measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns against KPIs.
  • Partner with regional teams to localize global campaigns effectively for the Vietnamese market.

Marketing materials productions

  • Define master library of marketing materials, from product materials, pitch decks and calendar for social creatives, brochure and event collaterals.
  • Create content of 030512all marketing materials (brochures, presentation decks, scripts and ad copies)
  • Brief and work closely with creative vendors to produce a ll visual materials provide clear creative direction and feedback across rounds of revisions.
  • Manage all production workflows and steps from initial brief to final approval and delivery coordinating across multiple departments to conduct thorough content and design review of all materials before submission to Legal & Compliance - checking for accuracy, brand alignment, regulatory requirements (both local and global guidelines), and message effectiveness.

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Oversee and develop digital marketing strategy including social media (Facebook, YouTube), email marketing, and website management.
  • Drive content strategy and production end to end - talk shows, articles, videos, infographics, investor education content - across multiple formats and platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance and engagement.
  • Manage budgets, paid media campaigns and performance across Facebook Ads and YouTube, with rigorous KPI tracking and optimization.
  • Build and implement response protocols for digital channels (FB comments/ messengers, negative media coverages…)

Public Relations & Events

  • Lead PR strategy and media relations, build and maintain MIMV's media ecosystem - journalists, online news platforms, investments-focused publications.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media statements, articles, interviews manage media for follow-up and coverage tracking.
  • Plan and execute events including investor conferences, roadshows, media briefings, livestreams, partner activations, and internal company events.
  • Originate event concepts: define the event theme, format and audience experiences align with business objectives
  • Develop full event rundowns and scripts covering: presentations, panel discussions, Q&A, coordinate internal/ external speakers briefing and rehearsal.
  • Manage all logistical arrangements: venue sourcing, productions, materials, on-site flow management.
  • Conduct post-event evaluation: attendance, engagement, media coverage, attendee feedback…

Investor Communications

  • Develop and oversee all investor communications for both regular touchpoints (including fund performance reports, monthly newsletters..) and event-driven communications (market commentary, product updates)
  • Collaborate with fund managers and investment teams to translate complex financial content into accessible investor messaging.
  • Manage the communications and product marketing for mutual funds, all sales kits and related materials/ messages to support distribution team.
  • Support distribution partners (banks, agents) with co-branded marketing materials and in-branch activation concepts.

Customer Experience (CX)

  • Lead CX strategy across the full investor lifecycle - from awareness and onboarding through retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Distribution and Operation teams to define CX standard, service protocols and regularly review Customer Journey, identifying and closing experience gaps - particularly in post-onboarding retention.
  • Establish crisis response protocols for digital channels (e.g., Facebook complaint management).

Compliance & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain deep understanding of SSC regulations and The Group's internal compliance standards to apply to marketing materials/ communications.
  • Report regularly to CEO and senior leadership on marketing performance, brand health and CX progress.
  • Manage the Marketing & Communications budget with accountability for ROI and spending efficiency (spend allocations, vendor contracts...)
  • Submit all marketing materials through required systems and compliance review processes manage timeline to avoid campaign delays.
  • Collaborate with Regional team on shared initiatives, brand governance and best practice exchanges.
  • Manage close relationships and communications with Fund Board Representative members.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, creative/ media vendors, production houses.
  • Manage KOL/influencer partnerships and podcast/media collaboration opportunities for the Company.
  • Develop and manage collaborative relationships with Vietnam Manulife Lifeco marketing team to create opportunities to raise brand profile

Required Experience:

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Experienced in managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, PR, events, and investor communications simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of the Vietnamese retail investor landscape, regulatory environment, and distribution ecosystem.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English ability to produce high-quality content and presentations independently.
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable with campaign performance data, funnel metrics, and budget management.
  • High degree of cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Legal & Compliance, Sales/Distribution, and Investment team, Wealth Operations team, and Global & Regional & LifeCo teams.
  • Experience with CX frameworks, customer journey mapping, and SOP development is a strong advantage.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experiences

  • Master in using AI at works

  • Marketing and communication qualifications

  • Financial sector experiences are preferred
