About the Company: Skinetiq is a fast-growing beauty company in Vietnam with a digital-first business model, where the majority of revenue comes from online channels. We operate and scale two skincare brands: Candid a fast-growing Vietnamese skincare brand focused on science-driven formulations and digital-native growth. Murad a globally recognized dermatologist-developed skincare brand distributed in Vietnam. Our growth model combines brand building, creator-led marketing, content-driven commerce, and data-driven decision making to scale brands across digital platforms.

About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead the marketing team from strategy to execution, ensuring marketing activities translate into real business results. This role oversees brand, creative/content, creator/KOL and product marketing, and works closely with sales channel, growth and data teams to drive demand, traffic and conversion across our digital channels. The position is reported directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Responsibilities:

Marketing strategy & business impact

  • Lead marketing strategy for assigned brands and align marketing activities with business growth targets.
  • Own marketing contribution to demand generation, traffic growth, conversion and GMV.
  • Plan and manage the overall marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging and communication strategies across digital channels.
  • Translate consumer insights and market trends into clear brand and product strategies.
  • Work closely with product teams on new product ideas and innovation opportunities, including product launches and go-to-market plans.

Campaigns & channel activation

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including Marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada), Social commerce (Facebook, Instagram), Brand.com.
  • Work closely with sales channel teams to align marketing initiatives with key commercial campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure marketing assets maximize impact across both brand awareness and conversion performance.

Content & creator marketing

  • Lead a team to build and scale a creator-led marketing ecosystem including KOLs, influencers, affiliates, and content creators.
  • Lead a production team to develop scalable content marketing frameworks leveraging UGC, short-form video, and social-first storytelling.
  • Guide the production of creative assets that support both brand building and conversion objectives.

Data-driven marketing optimization

  • Track and optimize marketing performance using key metrics including Traffic growth, content engagement, conversion rate; GMV contribution.
  • Analyze marketing effectiveness and continuously optimize marketing investment and strategy.
  • Work with Growth & Data teams to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Apply data-driven thinking and critical analysis to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 710+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in content marketing, creator marketing, or social commerce ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms such as TikTok, Shopee and Meta.
  • Strong business mindset and ability to connect marketing activities with business results.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Strong consumer & creative marketing background with strategic thinking and insight orientation, able to bring different dynamics to team.
  • Able to diagnose growth challenges and identify effective solutions.
  • Open to adopting new technologies and applying AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
