Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing Planning

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across project phases (launch, sustain, closing)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Research & Pricing teams to define: Target customer segments; Positioning and key messages
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets effectively

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Lead execution of marketing campaigns, including:

-Digital marketing (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)

-PR, KOL/KOC engagement

-Sales events and activations

  • Manage and coordinate external agencies (creative, media, digital)
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Accountable for:

-Lead volume and quality

-Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per conversion

  • Work closely with Sales team to:

-Optimize the conversion funnel (lead → booking → closing)

-Improve sales effectiveness through targeted campaigns

Branding & Content Management

  • Ensure consistency of project branding and communication
  • Oversee development of:

-Key visuals

-Sales kits (brochures, leaflets, videos, presentations)

Maintain alignment with overall brand guidelines

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance (ROI, CPL, conversion rates)
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior

Background / Experience

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Economics, Commerce or related
  • 5–8 years of experience in Marketing
  • Preferably in Real Estate, FMCG, or Agency environments
  • Proven track record in project-based marketing from launch to closing
  • Leadership, negotiation, reporting, crisis handling
  • Mobility to travel; English preferred
