The Growth Marketing Manager will drive sustainable user growth, high conversions, and revenue expansion for the Vieclam24h recruitment platform. You will unlock scalable growth across a dual-sided marketplace—engaging both Job Seekers (Candidates) and Employers (Recruiters)—by running new channels, new segments and continuous experiments and data-driven decisions.
What you'll be responsible for
Strategic Planning & Insights:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and user insights.
- Plan and execute for all campaign to achieve the target of Marketing Division
Dual-Sided Funnel Strategy & Growth
- Marketplace Optimization: Own and optimize the complete conversion funnel (for both B2C (Job Seekers) and B2B (Employers) on Vieclam24h.
- Continuous Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze fast-paced A/B testing frameworks across landing pages, registration flows, job application funnels.
- Unit Economics Management: Scale user acquisition efficiently while driving down CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
Data Analytics & MarTech Infrastructure
- MarTech Stack Ownership: Maximize the value of the platform's data and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BigQuery, Mixpanel, or similar Customer Data Platforms)
- Growth Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to maximize marketing performance and ROI.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 5 members, fostering a high-performance culture, focus on Objective.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Experience in Growth User in App Product is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing & Business ecosystems (Channel, Tools, Data Analytics, Business Model,..)
- Proven experience in managing Digital Channels and scale business.
- Advanced project management
