SKYBULL is a game production and publishing company. Founded in 2022, SKYBULL's team is multinational and works in various countries, primarily in Vietnam.
We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Lead who is ready to adapt to the rapid development of the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will possess sharp strategic thinking, in-depth data analysis skills, effective team leadership abilities, and practical experience in the mobile gaming industry.
OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
The Marketing Lead is responsible for all Growth & User Acquisition activities for the company's mobile game products, including two strategic but separate product lines: IAA (hybrid casual, puzzle) and IAP (idle RPG).
This is an end-to-end ownership position from market insight → UA strategy → creative → monetization → scaling, with the goal of maximizing ROAS, LTV, and profit on a global scale.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Growth Strategy & Ownership
- Develop appropriate UA strategies according to each monetization monetization model
- Responsible for P&L marketing for the game portfolio (IAA & IAP)
- Identify market opportunities, target audiences, and scaling roadmap
- Creative Strategy & ASO
- Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, Mintegral, Unity, Applovin, etc.
- Manage UA budgets, ensuring investment efficienc
- Optimize metrics to ensure UA performance
- Data Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Collaborate with the production team to build an effective creative pipeline
- Optimize store listings (icons, screenshots, videos, keywords)
- Implement A/B testing
- Develop winning formulas and scale creative
- Monetization Alignment
- Collaborate with the Product team to optimize: ad frequency, ad placement, ARPDAU, pricing, offers, and in-game economy

- Ensure alignment between UA and monetization to maximize LTV
5.Market & Competitor Intelligence
i. Analyze the market, trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks
ii. Conduct market research reports
6.Build and lead the Marketing team
i. Allocate resources, set KPIs, and manage performance
ii. Train, mentor, and develop the team
iii. Build a culture: data-driven, testing-first, and ownership
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a UA Specialist position, including at least 2 years in a Manager role;
- A track record with successfully scaled games;
- Deep understanding of IAA and IAP models;
- Proficient in working with paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity, etc.);
- Proficient in using data analytics tools to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
- Proficient in market and competitor research tools;
- Creative, insightful, and knowledgeable about the market and trends in the gaming industry;
- Ability to work independently, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns to achieve goals within tight deadlines;
- Good spoken and written English;
- Experience scaling products in Tier 1 markets is an advantage.
