Develop and implement the overall Marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, strengthen brand awareness, and ensure a professional corporate image in the market.
Establish the organizational structure and oversee the operations of the Marketing Department.
Analyze, evaluate, and forecast market trends and industry developments relevant to the companys business.
Organize, manage, and assess the execution of marketing programs, advertising, online & offline communications, promotional campaigns, and public relations activities.
Build and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency aligned with performance outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales, Production, and other departments to develop new products and optimize business performance.
Work with the Training Department to design and implement training programs for Marketing staff.
Set KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing, communication, and advertising campaigns.
Negotiate terms and execution of marketing service contracts with external providers, advising top management and relevant departments before contract signing.
Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing, branding, sales, and market research.
Proven experience in executing Marketing campaigns for both domestic and international markets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends to support Marketing operations.
Experience in industries such as FMCG, retail, beauty tools, fashion, or related sectors.
