Job Title: MARKETING DIRECTOR
Work Location: COBI TOWER II, TAN MY WARD, HCMC
Department: MARKETING & COMMUNICATE
Reports To: CEO/CHAIRMAN
Job Type: Full-Time (8:00 - 18:00, Mon - Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead overall marketing strategies aligned with company business objectives
Manage brand positioning, brand consistency, and corporate identity across all channels
Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Lead market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to support decision-making
Oversee digital marketing, content marketing, media planning, and performance tracking
Manage marketing budgets, ROI analysis, and campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Global/Regional teams
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and headquarters
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
Minimum 58 yearsof marketing experience, including leadership roles
Mandatory experience working at a Multinational Corporation (MNC)
Strong understanding of global marketing standards, brand governance, and compliance
Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
English: Fluent (mandatory)
Additional languages (e.g. Korean, Chinese, Japanese): an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office, marketing analytics tools, and CRM platforms
MBA or Master's degree is a plus
Experience working with regional or global headquarters
Experience in FMCG / Retail / F&B / Lifestyle / Consumer Goods industries
Strong digital marketing and data-driven marketing background
