In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for a: Marketing Coordinator to supportfor marketing execution plan.
Within Customer Experience department, you will report to Group Product Manager.
Your Responsibilities
Market Analysis and support to conduct market research
- Collect and analysis market data to understand targeted customers and consumers, understand competitor intelligences and market trend
Support DRUG's Marketing team to implement local activation
- Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns and events under supervision of PM/GPM
- Play collective with cross functional teams to implement brand's strategy and drive for achievement
Support DRUG's Marketing teamregarding content validation and drive communication
- Support administrative processes: internal validation (IZIFLOW) payment, and contract documentation.
- Work closely with agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of communication and event materials
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and reports (event performance, material stock management)
Support to mesure and report the KPIs on each activation
- Assist in measure KPIs
- Reports and propose new method to improve event's measurement (if any)
Qualifications
Educational background
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or relevant Health Science field.
- Additional background in Marketing or Business is an advantage.
Professionnal experience
- Strong communication skills: need to be able to communicate effectively to convey marketing messages clearly and effectively to cross functional teams and local stakeholders.
- Analysis's skill
- Organizational skills : highly organized to manage multiple tasks, projects, and time contraints simultaneously.
- Creative thinking to develop groundbreaking ideas to promote products or services in a new and engaging way.
- Collaboration: work collaboratively with cross functional teams such as sales, medical, finance, local distributor to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with common business goals.
- Attention to detail: pay attention to detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate and error-free.
- Project management skills: have expriences to manage multiple projects and schedules.
- Adaptability: to adapt to the leadship's changing regarding market conditions, new trends, and new business's operation to stay growth
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales in a multinational company (MNC) environment.
- Experience coordinating events or marketing operations in the pharma industry is highly preferred.
Technical masteries (softwares, sales techniques, etc.)
- Good understanding of pharma marketing operations
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- English communication (spoken & written)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive team player
