Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives that align with the Biocodex drug's brand strategy and objectives. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners, manages marketing assets, and tracks campaign performance to drive engagement, and strengthen brand awareness, increase brand penetration and market share for Primary Care & Analgesia (PCA) products across channels
Responsibilities
Market Analysis and support to conduct market research
- Collect and analysis market data to understand targeted customers and consumers, understand competitor intelligences and market trend
Support DRUG's Marketing team to implement local activation
- Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns and events under supervision of PM/GPM
- Play collective with cross functional teams to implement brand's strategy and drive for achievement
Support DRUG's Marketing teamregarding content validation and drive communication
- Support administrative processes: internal validation (IZIFLOW) payment, and contract documentation.
- Work closely with agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of communication and event materials
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and reports (event performance, material stock management)
Support to mesure and report the KPIs on each activation
- Assist in measure KPIs
- Reports and propose new method to improve event's measurement (if any)
Education/Training :
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or relevant Health Science field.
- Additional background in Marketing or Business is an advantage.
Professional Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales in a multinational company (MNC) environment.
Experience coordinating events or marketing operations in the pharma industry is highly preferred.
