This Marketing Coordinator is 6-month contract role, an arrangement intended to provide support to a valued member of our marketing team who will soon be on maternity leave. The role has the overall responsibility for assisting in events, communications, managing the vendor portals and helping in maintaining the the Company's Brand image.
Carry out marketing plans with different vendors.
Manage vendor portals used for marketing activities.
Submit requests for marketing tasks and share updates with the team.
File vendor claims and work with Finance to reconcile accounts.
Handle purchase orders and debit notes for third-party vendors.
Support the company's communication activities.
Analyze business data and prepare reports for marketing use.
Keep track of all marketing materials, making sure they are sent and received properly.
Maintain and update all marketing assets.
Assist with organizing events and sourcing supplies or services for them.
Good Communication skills (Both written and oral)
Seeks to build high customers satisfaction (internal and external)
Must have 2 or more years of experience in marketing / sales co-ordination.
Prior experience in distribution and/or IT preferred
University degree or equivalent
