Hasaki is a fast-growing beauty retail and omnichannel business from Vietnam, now building its U.S. expansion journey. The first phase focuses on California, where the team aims to validate store format, omnichannel execution, and a repeatable growth model for future scale.
About the Role
Hasaki is building a content engine for its U.S. expansion across social, launch, performance, and omnichannel touchpoints. This role owns content strategy and execution so that content is right for the audience, right for the platform, and directly supportive of growth. This is more than a social posting role. The position is expected to create a scalable content pipeline that supports brand building, organic growth, paid media, livestreams, store launches, and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Build the U.S. content strategy across pre-launch, launch, post-launch, and growth phases.
- Define content pillars suitable for beauty retail, product discovery, creator-led storytelling, and omnichannel growth.
- Own weekly and monthly content planning across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website/app, and other relevant channels.
- Write or lead briefs, angles, hooks, scripts, and CTAs for different formats and channels.
- Work closely with Design, Video, Digital, Store teams, and creators/KOLs/KOCs to produce content that fits the platform and campaign objective.
- Coordinate with agencies, KOLs/KOCs, creator networks, production houses, and other external partners to brief campaigns, align deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure quality output.
- Build content pipelines for store openings, hero SKUs, promotions, reviews, education, local activations, and campaign pushes.
- Support the Digital team with performance-oriented content tailored to campaign goals.
- Manage the asset library, content guidelines, and brand voice for the U.S. market.
- Work with brand partners to collect source materials, key claims, priority messages, and visual assets.
- Track content performance, extract insights, and continuously refine pillars, formats, and messaging.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Content, or Content Strategy.
Required Skills
- Strong in social-first content, especially short-form video.
- Understands the difference between content for brand building, engagement, and conversion support.
- Able to develop angles quickly, write strong briefs, and work effectively with creators and production teams.
- Practical experience working with agencies, KOLs/KOCs, creator networks, production teams, or other external partners to deliver campaigns and content output.
- Platform-native mindset with a clear understanding of how audiences consume content differently across channels.
- Strong English writing skills with good language feel for the U.S. market.
- Proactive, fast, detail-conscious, and able to maintain quality in a high-speed environment.
Preferred Skills
- Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce.
- Experience working with KOL/KOC/UGC/affiliate creators.
- Experience building a content engine, content calendar, or social playbook.
- Exposure to livestream content, creator content, or social commerce.
