Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of key commercial campaigns (e.g., D-Day, ShopeeFood Day, Brand Campaigns) to drive business impact and growth
  • Define campaign strategy, mechanics, and communication direction, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Own and optimize in-app visibility strategy (e.g., placement prioritization, traffic allocation, key entry points) to maximize campaign exposure and performance
  • Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and performance gaps initiate data-driven action plans to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor and deep-dive campaign performance metrics translate insights into clear recommendations and next steps
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across ShopeeFood and Shopee teams to ensure strong execution and resolve bottlenecks effectively
  • Act as the key owner of campaign timeline and delivery, ensuring high standards of execution and on-time launches
  • Guide and provide direction to team members or stakeholders to ensure consistency in campaign quality and execution standards
  • Prepare and present campaign performance updates and key learnings to management and regional stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or business development (experience in e-commerce or food delivery is a strong plus)
  • At least 2 years of experience in team management or leadership role, with the ability to guide, coach, and drive team performance
  • Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated ability to lead initiatives end-to-end independently
  • Proven ability to think proactively and strategically, with a strong bias for action
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven with strong analytical thinking able to turn insights into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
