Job Description:
Livestream Production & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end production of livestreams for major campaigns (e.g. Double Digit Sales, Super Shiok Sale, Mid-Month Mall Sales, and seasonal events), from content ideation, brand nomination, content planning, to real-time stream management
- Set up and operate livestream production equipment (cameras, audio gear, lighting, switchers) and manage studio infrastructure, ensuring seamless execution across both studio and remote setups
- Troubleshoot technical issues swiftly during live broadcasts to minimise disruptions and ensure a smooth viewer experience
- Continuously optimise stream quality and workflow based on performance insights and post-stream feedback
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of livestream marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with key business objectives and topline growth targets
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, BD, KOL, and Product) to develop and run engaging, high-impact livestream campaigns that drive user engagement and sales
- Manage the Livestream Incentive Program, including its planning, execution, and performance tracking, to attract, retain, and grow a strong pool of streamers on the platform
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Monitor and analyse livestream campaign performance, leveraging data to optimise future campaigns
- Build performance dashboards and trackers (GSheets or Excel) to provide clear reporting on key metrics
Competitive & Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on competitor livestream trends and innovations, identifying best practices and opportunities for differentiation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Arts in Media Production, Media Studies, Mass Communication or any relevant discipline
- Strong technical know-how of livestream tools (e.g., OBS) and hands-on production experience, including studio management and camera, lighting and audio setup
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and partners
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint familiarity with Google Sheets
- Comfortable navigating a dynamic marketing environment
