In this Role, youll get to
* Responsible for hotel coverage and sign new contract according to company strategy and promote the Trip.com brand name and its online reservation services to partners; * Being responsible for maintaining and growing Trip.coms business in your assigned markets. * Consult partners in both short & long term strategy to maximize their revenue on Trip.coms platform via different strategic plans: maintaining best rate parity, availability and inventory; promoting relevant commercial products & campaigns, etc. * Maintaining & leveraging partners business relationship to make Trip.com become their most preferrable OTA platform. * Being able to understand the markets landscape and situation to identify challenges & opportunities via Data analysis, Market analysis & Market research.
What you&aposll Need to Succeed
* Minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Management position (preferably with an OTA company or in Hotel Revenue). * Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline. * Ability to develop existing distributors by creating and qualifying leads from potential clients in overseas markets. * Highly adaptable in a rapidly changing business environment. * Positive, enthusiastic team player with a strong service mindset. * Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills. * Good command of written and spoken English.
