During 06 months Internship: Exposure and study operational workflows in factory
- Work across different departments to gain insights into Motul's core operations
- Observe the full production cycle from raw material input to finished product output
- Study different production lines technology and workflows
- Study key workflows in Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Engineering, HSE, and operational Excellence
- Study and understand existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the factory
- Learn about process improvement initiatives like Kaizen, 5S, and Quality Control process
After Internship Graduation: Participate in projects improvement projects & Operational activity

Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management/ Automation/ Electrical
- GPA from 7/10
- Last Year Student
- English competency: Business Level
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
