Manual QC (Tester)

Role Description

• Analyze requirements and develop test plans for assigned projects.
• Perform manual testing on various platforms (web, mobile...).
• Report bugs in a detailed and easily reproducible manner, and track bug resolution progress using bug tracking tools such as ClickUp.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to identify the root causes of bugs and propose effective solutions.
• Write testing documentation (e.g., test plans, test cases, test reports), summarize test results, and provide software quality assessments.
• Ensure the product meets defined quality standards before delivery to the customer.

Qualifications

• Have 1-2 years or more of experience in a QC/Tester role within the software development field.
• Proficient in basic software testing techniques, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and Performance Testing.
• Experience in Performance Testing and Automation Testing is a plus.
• Ability to effectively analyze requirements and write test cases and test scripts.
• Experience working with API testing tools such as Postman is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development processes and familiarity with activities within the process.
• Good teamwork, clear communication, logical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is an advantage.
