Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Hong Leong Bank Vietnam is a pivotal role responsible for leading and executing the bank's recruitment strategy which reports directly to the Head of HR . As a strategic partner to the business, you will ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality talent to support our long-term growth. This position drives the full recruitment lifecyclefrom strategic sourcing and employer branding to selection and onboardingwhile optimizing recruitment costs and enhancing the candidate experience in a competitive financial market.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing & Channel Optimization

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment action plans and staffing strategies to meet headcount targets, ensuring full alignment with the Bank's business objectives.
  • Drive the efficiency of recruitment channels by continuously evaluating and leveraging the most effective platforms to attract high-quality talent in the banking landscape.
  • Pioneer advanced proactive sourcing techniques, including leveraging professional social networks like LinkedIn, to build a robust talent pipeline.

End-to-End Recruitment & Assessment

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for both internal and external candidates, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing agile solutions to enhance the candidate experience and time-to-hire.
  • Lead and participate in the interview and selection process for key positions, ensuring a standardized, competency-based assessment that upholds the Bank's hiring standards.

Stakeholder Advisory & Strategic Projects

  • Act as a strategic partner to Line Managers, providing expert advisory on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
  • Undertake additional strategic Human Resources projects and duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Head of Human Resources to support overall departmental excellence.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector is highly preferred; experience in Executive Search or Headhunting firms is a strong advantage.
  • Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter) and experience leveraging various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Ability to conduct talent and market mapping, alongside salary benchmarking, to provide strategic insights to the business.
  • Proficiency in conducting behavioral or competency-based interviews to ensure high-quality hires.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics (such as Time-to-fill, Cost-per-hire, and Quality-of-hire) to drive continuous process improvement.
