Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • IP Strategy & Positioning
  • Define the positioning and growth strategy for personal brand / expert / creator IPs based on business objectives
  • Identify target audience profiles, user pain points, and value propositions
  • Select and optimize platform strategies (e.g. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Content Strategy & Performance Management
  • Develop content themes, formats, and publishing plans aligned with IP positioning
  • Work closely with content creators, editors, and designers to ensure quality and consistency
  • Review content performance (views, engagement, retention, conversion) and continuously optimize
  • Identify and scale high-performing content patterns
  • Growth & Conversion Ownership
  • Design and manage the content-to-conversion funnel (content leads sales / monetization)
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, or operations teams to ensure smooth conversion and follow-up
  • Take ownership of growth KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversion rate, and revenue contribution
  • Data Analysis & Optimization
  • Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate IP performance
  • Conduct regular reviews and make data-driven adjustments to strategy
  • Provide clear reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Project & Cross-team Collaboration
  • Act as the key owner of IP-related projects from planning to execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. creators, agencies, vendors)
  • Ensure timelines, priorities, and quality standards are met

Key Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media growth, influencer management, or digital marketing
  • Proven experience growing creator accounts, personal brands, or content-driven projects
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content performance metrics, and growth logic
  • Experience working with conversion funnels, lead generation, or revenue-driven content is a strong plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in education, knowledge-based products, or creator economy projects
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or analytics platforms
  • Experience working in fast-growing startups or performance-driven environments
