JOB PURPOSE
Leadership and management of screening activities within Sanctions Operations. Working collaboratively and to the direction of the Head of Sanctions Operations deliver uplift related to operational activities including the management of four operational teams. Lead a range of activities related to project and technology uplift and deliver these to operational teams. Work to proactively and continuously mitigate and improve sanctions risk. Work collaboratively with the Sanctions LT to deliver a best-in-class Sanctions Operations function. Maintain an up-to-date focus on sanctions risks and emerging trends and threats sharing the knowledge obtained.
